HMRC have produced a 7-minute video and a pre-recorded 12-minute webinar on penalties for inaccuracies in documents and returns say Harris & Co accountants Northampton.
Both YouTube videos cover when a penalty is chargeable; types of behaviours associated with the penalty regime; prompted and unprompted disclosures; reductions and quality of disclosures; penalty calculations; and suspensions and appeals.
