HMRC partners with ASA to target tax avoidance schemes
HMRC has partnered with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to crack down on companies promoting tax avoidance schemes. The advertising watchdog this week published a critical ruling against CDP Tax and Wealth, which trades under the name Fiducia Wealth and Tax, which claimed that a scheme would “save you a minimum of 60%” on stamp duty.
