CIS RECLAIMS FOR COMPANIES
HMRC have updated the helpcard that sets out how subcontractors that are limited companies should reclaim any deductions they"ve had taken from their payments under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) report Harris & Co accountants Northampton.
The guidance mentions that from April 2014, HMRC will be able to make repayments through BACS, in certain circumstances, and it sets out the information required by HMRC for BACS repayments.
