HMRC have issued a flyer to remind employers who are not represented by professional bodies about changes to the end of year submission process as a result of the introduction of PAYE Real Time Information (RTI) reporting say Harris & Co accountants Northampton. "This year is the first year without the P35 process, so it will be a whole new experience," said Joy Yetkin payroll manager at Harris & Co accountants Northampton.

The flyer, sent out jointly by HMRC and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), provides a step-by-step guide for employers on making their final submission for the 2013-14 tax year.

The steps involve employers identifying their final submission, completing additional questions and the declaration on their final submission and sending in the final submission as normal.

The flyer is available from GOV.UK.
