A minor change to real time information (RTI) reporting has been announced with the release of a technical note confirming that employers will no longer need to complete the end of year checklist when making their final Full Payment Submission (FPS) for the tax year
HMRC has published a Tax Information and Impact Note (TIIN) about RTI and improving the operation of PAYE.
The TIIN advises that secondary legislation will be effective from 6 March 2015.
The new rules will to remove the need for employers to complete the End of Year checklist when making their final FPS for the tax year from 2014-15 onwards.
