PayPal SME loans top £1bn
PayPal has revealed that it is considering further expansion into traditional financial services say Harris & Co chartered accountants, the specialist small business accountants. The online payments giant, which has had a European banking licence since 2007, also revealed that it had passed the $1bn mark in business loans through its emerging small business lending division. Meanwhile, Key Capital Partners says it has raised £55m for investment in high growth SMEs, focusing on buy-outs and capital deals.
