Complexity holding back would-be entrepreneurs A report from Great British Enterprise Opportunity, written by former Bank of England economist Steve Hughes, suggests young people are being put off setting up their own businesses because of the complexity of accessing information, advice and funds. The study, commissioned by Atos, called for a new online dashboard - an "Enterprise Account" - with information on every aspect of setting up and running a business.
