Small firms fined over workplace pensions
A total of 4,818 SMEs have been hit with compliance notices or fines for failing to introduce company pension schemes, a report by the Pensions Regulator shows. The report says 1,594 £400 fines have been issued so far, while 90% of firms are compliant.
