Middle incomes fall by 9%

Chartered Accountants Northampton Harris & Co report that according to new figures released by the ONS middle-income households have seen their wealth cut by nearly 9% since the financial crisis began. After taking account of inflation, the incomes of the middle fifth of UK households were down 8.8%.
