Record numbers make Time to Pay agreements With the pandemic continuing to impact upon personal and business finances, a record number of people have rescheduled their tax bill. HMRC data shows that 872,119 taxpayers had made Time to Pay agreements as of 30 June 2021. This is the highest total on record and 38% up on the 647,770 figure seen before the coronavirus crisis.
