 SMEs failing to appreciate risks

A study by Royal London claims that SMEs are under-insured with many failing to appreciate how different types of insurance could protect their organisations. The research found only 40% considered "key person" cover important while 77% admitted that if a vital employee was unable to work for six months due to ill-health there would be a serious impact on the business.
