Defaulters referred to special HMRC monitoring unit up 30%

More than 6,000 tax defaulters were referred to a special HMRC monitoring unit in tax year 2014/15, up 30% on the year before, according to analysis which says the authorities are ramping up actions to tackle those who deliberately seek to default on their tax liabilities say Harris & Co chartered accountants Northampton
