With six weeks to go until the referendum, a report from the Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) Committee on the implications of Scottish independence warns of a highly damaging impact on businesses which would face uncertainty over EU membership, the loss of a single UK market and an additional layer of financial regulations if Scotland decides to separate.
