Support staff training
Our support staff are encouraged to further their careers at Harris & co enrolling in a number of development schemes such as NVQ’s, Trainee Secretary and Beyond Secretary.
All staff at Harris & Co receive training and updates on client care, IT, risk management, money laundering and health & safety, as well as supervisory and managerial development where appropriate.
We procure the latest Information Technology to enable us to deliver services faster and pass on the cost savings to our clients.
